Connect Facilities
- a new quality in the area of contracting building services
This startup will help facility managers and owners order services for their buildings more efficiently and quickly. The new platform allows for structured communication with verified suppliers, ordering and integrating services, maintaining a complete contract evolution history, and generating significant time and cost savings for both clients and suppliers.
All this is to increase the capabilities of property and asset management departments, which will be able to devote more attention to finding efficiency and optimizing the operation of their facilities.
In turn, it will enable less experienced players to obtain a professional and proven business partner who will relieve them of the burden, allowing them to focus primarily on their business. This is especially important in times of high business uncertainty and given the risk of an impending economic slowdown.
It is headed by Seweryna Afanasjew MRICS, one of the most experienced asset managers working for brands such as Liberty Global - UPC, BZWBK TFI and GTC SA, and privately the head of RICS in Poland.
She is supported by Grzegorz Kowalik, Chief Procurement Officer, Head of Procurement and Logistics Department at Generali, and Małgorzata Wilczek, an experienced business development manager who has worked for FM market leaders such as FBSerwis, ISS, and Spie. Krzysztof Kogut, editor-in-chief of Obiekty magazine and president of the Polish Facility Management Council, has also been invited to join the project.
This team is developing a new procurement platform that will significantly shorten the supplier search, matching, and selection process. An innovative artificial intelligence module will support the contracting authority in the decision-making process by providing essential data in multi-level bidding competitions, and suppliers will gain a platform through which they can compete on equal terms within a transparent process based on high business standards.
The platform will be an ideal place to obtain services such as: property management, technical support, security and safety, cleaning, renovations and modernizations, material supply, building utilities management, workplace services, and many others.
The platform's first test program, open to both clients and suppliers, will launch at the end of January. Participation in the program guarantees not only lifetime access to the platform, including hundreds of clients and suppliers on preferential terms, but also participation in the mentoring and educational program offered by the founders and business partners of the Connect Facilities platform.
This is a great opportunity not only to develop your own business but also to develop your own competences and broadly collaborate with the industry.
