Project: ConnectFacilities - a digital, intelligent purchasing platform for companies ordering services and providers of real estate maintenance and service services, is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Eastern Poland Operational Programme.
Project goal: The aim of the project is to develop the business activity of the startup 4FM sp. z o. o. in Eastern Poland.
based on an innovative, supranational, international "one-stop shop" purchasing platform using artificial intelligence for companies ordering services and service providers in the real estate market, and a business model prepared under Sub-Measure 1.1.1 of POPW, which was then verified with future users.Planned outcomes: The final result of the project is the introduction of an innovative product to the Polish and British markets: a subscription platform, partially freemium, with marketplace elements, as well as a tool for comprehensive relationship management between real estate service providers and their customers. The platform is tailored to the shift in the real estate market toward "real estate as a service," which will attract an increasing number of customers, primarily from Poland, and then from the UK.
